founder and ceo

Whitney loves encouraging women of all ages, no matter where they are in their life journey, so they can achieve mental freedom, peace, and to find their voice.

Upon spending the past four years reading, researching, applying, and learning, Whitney eventually discovers genuine peace when she stopped trying and started being. Simply put, when she accepted herself is when she found the peace she sought.

Whitney testifies that the Bible has key tools to navigate life and she finds joy in helping other women do the same. She hopes to lighten their load and provide the tools necessary to help those who are ready to live life from love instead of fear.

When Women Speak has a special place in her heart: it brings joy to Whitney’s inner-child by providing a space for girls to feel safe and be heard.

executive administrative assistant

Nicole is a Midwestern Gen-X woman born into a tumultuous family who struggled with generational poverty, addiction, and abuse. As a child, she faced more than some adults could imagine. With that, Nicole knew she would blaze the trail to find healing, forgiveness, and purpose.

She did not know what it would look like but was determined to see it through. Over the years, Nicole took steps to bring awareness to causes she holds close to her heart. She is an author, podcaster, leader, and crusader who creates content that inspires open, honest, and healing conversations. She has participated in and created groups in her community that focus on healing others.

When Women Speak’s mission aligns perfectly with that of Nicole’s 9-year-old self: a time when nobody told her that we must heal ourselves before helping others.

Achaia firmly believes in using Christ to help direct our life decisions. While she admittedly does not have any major trauma, she empathizes with those who do because it is easy to feel alone in a world where many rely on self-sufficiency. Life is supposed to be the opposite: that we are to help one another.

Achaia is excited to use her creativity to help young girls accept that life will have its ups and downs and that learning to adjust their perspective makes a difference. We are allowed to grieve, but should we dwell in sadness forever or instead use life’s difficulties to shape us into a stronger, more grateful person? She hopes that this program helps answer those questions!
